Stress: Friend or Foe (Pre-Recorded)

This seminar will cover the many aspects of stress it will focus on defining stress, differentiating between eustress and distress, how the body responds to stress, and how mindset affects the body’s responses. The seminar will also provide strategies to help improve/manage stress, including; mindset, breathing, movement, nutrition, and sleep.
