To upload continuing education e-learning or home study course to be reviewed, please follow the steps below:

1. Click Course Submission.
2. Complete the Course Submission form.
3. Click Add Another Course button, if you're submitting multiple courses.
4. Click Next Step button to complete the submission.

1. Click the Change Your Password link.
2. On the Contact Info tab, in the Password field, type your new password.
3. In the Verify Password field, re-type your new password.
4. Click Update button.
