Breathwork, or pranayama, as referred to in the yogic tradition, is a powerful tool for relieving stress, improving sleep, mindfulness, cognitive performance, and overall physical and emotional health. During this 2 hour webinar, we will discuss the science and anatomy of this life-giving practice. Together we will explore various styles of breathwork that can promote whole-body health for both you and your clients. .22 CEC credit
