This course is very different from our other courses because there is no formal PowerPoint presentation of sciences. It is all hands-on practical skill-building experience (VERBAL, TACTILE, and MECHANICAL) 100% of the course is on the GYM floor doing practical hands-on learning.
Created for a hands-on skill-building experience (verbal, tactile, and mechanical.) This course is intended to increase the participant’s understanding of chest and back muscles, exercise application, and cueing methods through hands-on training.
The participant will experience a variety of advanced concepts related to resistance training exercises for the CHEST AND BACK muscles.
Objectives:
Learn to assess, set up, and progress the exercise.
Understand how and when to manipulate and alter exercise mechanics to improve movement efficiency and adaptive responses.
Influence movement patterns and muscle contraction action through cueing.
