As a fitness professional, you know the importance of a comprehensive understanding of exercise biomechanics, physiology, pathophysiology, and exercise science.
The missing link for many exercisers and trainers is understanding how the mind and our physiological and neurological (Immune, Endocrine, Sympathetic, and Parasympathetic Nervous Systems) responses are interconnected and directly influence health from the deepest level of our cells. This course explores a holistic, integrative approach to maximizing the benefits of a mind-body exercise relationship.
